Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
To cancel a reservation, simply contact us at least 24 hours before the ride using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation email.
If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the payment or deposit may not be refundable.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method used during booking.
If the passenger does not show up at the pickup location and no cancellation request was made in advance, the booking may be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.
