AlloShuttle provides a platform allowing customers to book private airport transfer services between airports, cities, and destinations across Belgium and nearby regions.

Bookings are made online through the website. Once a booking request is submitted and payment (full or deposit) is completed, the reservation is confirmed and assigned to a professional driver.

Customers must provide accurate information during booking, including:

• Pickup location
• Destination
• Date and time
• Passenger count
• Luggage information
• Contact details

Incorrect information may affect the service provided.

After completing the booking process, the customer receives a confirmation email containing the ride details.

All prices displayed on the website are calculated automatically based on the route and selected vehicle.

Prices shown during booking include the service provided by the driver and the transfer itself. Additional services such as waiting time, child seats, or extra stops may affect the final price.

All prices are shown before payment confirmation.

Payments may be processed through secure online payment providers such as Stripe.

Depending on the selected option, customers may choose to:

• Pay the full amount online
• Pay a partial deposit online and the remaining amount to the driver

If a deposit option is selected, the remaining balance must be paid directly to the driver at pickup using the accepted payment methods.

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

To cancel a reservation, simply contact us at least 24 hours before the ride using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation email.

If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the payment or deposit may not be refundable.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method used during booking.

For any questions regarding cancellations or changes to your reservation, customers are encouraged to contact our support team as soon as possible.

For airport pickups, drivers may monitor flight arrival times when a flight number is provided.

Reasonable waiting time is included; excessive waiting time may incur additional charges depending on the situation.

While we strive to ensure reliability and punctuality, AlloShuttle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
